Just tells you a taxi cannot be booked at this time with no explanation why, been this way for weeks.
I find this app really useful. Able to book a taxi in advance or ASAP and although I can't add a card to pay in-app all the cabs have card readers. It's easy to cancel a ride and I have always had friendly but not overly chatty drivers. The only issue is that every time but once my driver has arrived 10-15 minutes late, so I always book them slightly earlier than I need them to arrive.
Bit difficult to add your card after setting up an account there isnt anywhere to add a payment type. The app was easy to use for the locations but kept me waiting for a taxi... I decided to call and got a taxi straight away
Dodgy app, ended up calling them to order a cab
Half the time app isn't working and wen I phone up to report it they just don't care
Still not working. Have told them repeatedly, they don't care.
I almost all the time need to call to make a booking.. its not working all the time. please rectify this situation.
No card payments
doesn't let you add a bank card as payment which means you always need cash on you
would not log in once registered so would not work
