"I find this app really useful. Able to book a taxi in advance or ASAP and although I can't add a card to pay in-app all the cabs have card readers. It's easy to cancel a ride and I have always had friendly but not overly chatty drivers. The only issue is that every time but once my driver has arrived 10-15 minutes late, so I always book them slightly earlier than I need them to arrive."
